Our latest staging project for Kase Real Estate at 1224 Highland was incredible. We hand-picked each piece of vibrant artwork and sourced local furniture to compliment the high-quality finishes and chic decorations throughout the home, creating a welcoming and fun vibe.

This 2,100 sqft home on a 7,800 sqft lot has 3 bedrooms and 2.25 bathrooms. It was listed by Keven Stirdivant and Justin Le for 2.69 million but sold for 3.2 million! What’s more about this home—it is the highest $/SQFT for ANY home without a dock in the Dover Shores community.

We were thrilled by not only the success of the home sale but also the fact that the new homeowners wanted to keep much of our beautifully staged artwork and other pieces.
